House Rules
Welcome to the house rules of Bassindustry VZW and Hardcore Maniacs. Our top priority is to ensure that every event we organize is safe, fun, and enjoyable for all involved. To achieve this, we have established a number of house rules that apply to all of our events. These rules relate to things like safety, hygiene, behavior, and respect for each other. It is important that all visitors to our events understand and comply with these rules so that we can have a positive and enjoyable experience together. We kindly ask you to carefully read these rules before attending our event and to respect them during your time at the event.
- Bassindustry VZW has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for drugs at its events. The possession or trafficking of (hard and soft) drugs is prohibited. In case of possession, the drugs will be confiscated and/or the perpetrator will be removed from the event with the drugs and handed over to the police.
- The minimum age for attending a Bassindustry VZW event is 16 years. Visitors must be able to show a valid identification on request.
- Smoking indoors is not allowed. Only in designated smoking areas is smoking allowed, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Smoking of soft drugs (cannabis) is prohibited everywhere.
- Bassindustry VZW does not tolerate threats, abuse, discrimination, sexual harassment, or any other annoying and/or offensive behavior.
- Visitors enter Bassindustry VZW events at their own risk. Bassindustry VZW is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the actions of Bassindustry VZW, its personnel, other persons working at the festival, or third parties during or in connection with the stay at the event.
- Bassindustry VZW conducts preventive supervision and checks bags to ensure the safety of visitors. It is not allowed to bring glassware, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, drugs, (fire)weapons, dangerous or prohibited substances, food, (alcoholic) beverages.
- Visitors are obliged to follow instructions, regulations, and/or directions of (security) employees of Bassindustry VZW at all times.
- Visitors are advised to wear earplugs and suitable clothing. Wearing football shirts and/or discriminatory clothing is not allowed. Earplugs are available at the Bassindustry VZW checkout.
- The organization reserves the right to refuse/deny (further) access to visitors who are drunk or under the influence of other narcotics.
- It is not allowed to use any other toilets than the designated ones.
- Upon entering and leaving a Bassindustry VZW event, visitors may not cause any nuisance in the surrounding area.
- It is not allowed to distribute promotional material (samples/flyers etc.) without written permission from Bassindustry VZW.
- It is not allowed to make professional audio or video recordings without written permission from Bassindustry VZW.
- Glasses/cups may not be taken outside the event/festival grounds.
- Purchased tokens for consumptions cannot be exchanged for money.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the event and/or line-up may be changed, moved or cancelled.
- If visitors do not comply with the house rules and the General Terms and Conditions, they will be denied access to the event and festival grounds without any entitlement to a refund of tickets, service fees, or other costs.
- It is not allowed to take photos or videos of other visitors during the event without their explicit consent. Sharing or publishing such images on social media or other platforms is also prohibited without the consent of the photographed persons.
- By entering the event site, you agree that the organization may take photos and/or videos of you and use them for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, marketing materials and social media posts, without any compensation owed.
- Each person entering the event agrees to the above house rules.
- We are not liable for any accidents or theft.
